Return & Refund Policy – Jackson Mobility Group LLC
Jackson Mobility Group LLC is committed to providing reliable rental services while maintaining operational efficiency and fleet availability.
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and returns are processed. By entering into a rental agreement,
the Renter acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. RENTAL TERM COMMITMENT
All vehicle rentals are structured on a fixed-term basis (daily or weekly as specified in the agreement). By reserving a vehicle, the Renter
acknowledges that the vehicle is removed from market availability and reserved exclusively for their use.
Once the rental period begins, all payments are considered earned and non-refundable, except where required by applicable Florida law or explicitly approved in writing.
2. CANCELLATIONS BEFORE VEHICLE RELEASE
Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pickup will incur a cancellation fee equal to one (1) day of the rental rate.
The remaining balance, if any, may be refunded.
Failure to appear at the scheduled pickup time without notice (“No-Show”) may result in forfeiture of the reservation and applicable charges.
3. EARLY RETURNS (NO PRORATED REFUNDS)
Vehicles returned before the agreed rental end date are not eligible for prorated refunds. The Renter acknowledges that discounted rental rates
are based on full-term commitment, and early return does not reduce the agreed rental obligation.
4. MECHANICAL FAILURE OR VEHICLE UNAVAILABILITY
If a vehicle becomes inoperable due to mechanical failure not caused by the Renter, Jackson Mobility Group LLC will make reasonable efforts
to provide a replacement vehicle.
If no replacement is available, a prorated refund may be issued for the unused portion of the rental period.
5. POLICY VIOLATIONS (ZERO REFUND CLAUSE)
NO REFUNDS will be issued if the rental agreement is terminated due to violation of company policies. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Unauthorized drivers operating the vehicle
- Use of the vehicle for illegal activities
- Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Failure to comply with geographic restrictions
- Failure to maintain required insurance coverage
- Non-payment or breach of rental terms
Violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and recovery of the vehicle.
6. SECURITY DEPOSIT RETURN
Security deposits are refundable subject to inspection of the vehicle upon return. Deductions may be made for:
- Vehicle damage
- Excess cleaning or smoking violations
- Fuel replacement
- Late return fees
- Tolls, tickets, or administrative charges
Remaining deposit balances, if any, will be returned within a reasonable processing period after final inspection.
7. LATE RETURN & FAILURE TO RETURN
Late returns may result in additional daily or weekly charges. Continued failure to return the vehicle may be treated under
Florida Statute §812.155 as failure to return leased property and may result in legal action.
8. REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Card Payments: 5–10 business days depending on the issuing bank
- Digital Payments (Zelle, CashApp, etc.): typically processed within 24–72 hours
9. FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By entering into this agreement, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Return and Refund Policy.
The Renter understands that rental vehicles are reserved inventory and that this policy is necessary to maintain operational efficiency,
fleet availability, and fair access to all customers.
